The Red Land Senior Center is looking for volunteers to help make our Fall Festival a success!
We especially need help with setup and tear-down, including:
📅 Friday, October 9 — Beginning at 5:00 PM
Move tables and chairs from the Methodist Church to the Senior Center
Move supplies
Set up canopies
Prepare coolers of drinks
General event setup
📅 Saturday, October 10
9:00–11:00 AM: Final setup and vendor assistance
(Vendors will be setting up from 9:00–10:30 AM.)
4:00 PM: Tear-down and cleanup
We need to have everything removed so the site is ready for Sunday ball games.
Every helping hand makes a difference! Whether you can stay for the entire time or help for a portion, your assistance is greatly appreciated.
